A lean, economical & potentially a very tender cut of beef. Topped with a layer of fat the topside is excellent for roasting & pot roast.
To Roast: Pre-heat the oven to 180C, place joint in a baking tray and depending on your preference cook for the following times:
Rare - 12 min per 450g
Medium -15 min per 450g
Well Done - 20 min per 450g
Rest the joint for at least 10 minutes before carving
