In our opinion this is one of, if not the finest of all roasting joints. Juicy and tender packed with loads of flavour! This cut is lean and very easy to carve.
To Roast: Pre-heat the oven to 180C, place joint in a baking tray and depending on your preference cook for the following times:
Rare - 12 min per 450g
Medium -15 min per 450g
Well Done - 20 min per 450g
Rest the joint for at least 10 minutes before carving
