By using suppliers we know and trust we can ensure that all our Beef has come from a slow growing animal which has been given every chance of living a stress free life. Their diet is natural, they are grass-fed and once slaughtered their carcass is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. All these factors ensure that every cut you get will be really good, exceptional Beef with tenderness & eating quality guaranteed.
